Please follow the below steps to apply for the Spring 2023 Co-Curricular Service Application.

1. Carefully read the information in each section of the application. 
   1. Click on the confirmation buttons where indicated.  By doing so you agree to:

         2. Confidentiality Agreement
         3. Release of Liability
      2. Click on the confirmation buttons where indicated.  By doing so you agree to attend the:
         1. Mandatory Academic Session and Reflection on Tuesday, February 7th from 2:00 PM to 3:20 PM in Lin 38 (Koumantzelis Auditorium)
         2. Mandatory Program Specific Training and Reflection on Wednesday, February 8th from 2:00 PM to 3:20 PM
         3. Mandatory Closing Reflection held on Wednesday, April 19th from 2:00 PM to 3:20 PM
      3. Complete the application as instructed.
      4. Click on the confirmation button of the Student Academic Service-Learning Agreement. By doing so, you agree to complete all actions and responsibilities relating to the completion of academic, service, facilitated reflection, and BSLCE Blackboard assignments.   
      5. Submit the completed application by Wednesday, February 1st by 4:30 PM
